Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. All orders are processed on those days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be patient and allow some extra time for your package to get to you. Due to Covid-19 ALL couriers are backed up and it takes a bit longer for packages to be delivered. You will receive an email with tracking number, when your package ships.
Domestic Shipping (within Canada)
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer FREE shipping to most provinces in Canada, for all orders over $75 which will include tracking. This offer only applies to standard ground shipping. Shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and more remote locations - these may incur additional shipping fees due to location. While shipping rates are out of our control, but we do our best to compile your order in the smallest packaging possible, in order to minimize your shipping costs. We want to ensure that your package arrives safely, and therefore include tracking on every order.
North America Shipping (to United States and Mexico)
We offer FREE shipping to most states in the US, for all orders over $75 which will include tracking. This offer applies only to standard ground shipping. This offer is valid on Contiguous United States shipping only. In the United States, shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories outside the Contiguous United States. While shipping rates are out of our control, but we do our best to compile your order in the smallest packaging possible, in order to minimize your shipping costs. We want to ensure that your package arrives safely, and therefore include tracking on every order.
Local delivery (Gabriola Island and Nanaimo)
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery (Gabriola) or $15 (Nanaimo).
Deliveries are made from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays (Nanaimo only). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout, or by email to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Local pickup (Gabriola Island)
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at at the AngelStar™ Farm gate stand. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our pickup hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Mondays through Saturdays. All orders will be placed at the farm stand at the edge of the driveway. Please ensure you have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries around the world, and outside of North America. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. However, we reserve the right to reject or refuse any order that may not be eligible for shipping by Canada Post’s shipping service due to international or political restrictions that may be completely out of our hands. And we apologize for such inconvenience in advance. If such situations occurs, then your order will be refunded as quickly as possible.
Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AngelStar™ Farm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at angelstarfarm(at)gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We highly recommend that you have a residential or commercial address on your order, as your package may not arrive if you simply have a PO Box on your address.
